K Thomas Trigger was born and raised in Central Illinois. He graduated from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1971. After graduation he spent two years in the U.S. Navy serving as a general dentist after which he and his wife Joyce moved to Houston where he opened his private practice. He practiced at the same location for over 40 years before relocating to South Texas Family Dentistry in 2015. He holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree, is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, a life member of the Houston District Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Trigger is a very gentle dentist and goes to great lengths to make his patients as comfortable as possible while providing high quality treatment. He has made many great relationships with his patients over the years.
He and his wife have two daughters and four grandchildren and currently reside in Richmond, Texas. His principal hobby is the pursuit of a better game of golf, and he also devotes a great amount of time to officiating the sport of volleyball at all levels. He is an accomplished swimmer and crossword puzzle solver. Dr. Trigger is a deacon at First Baptist Church of Richmond TX and a former member of Westbury Baptist Church in Houston TX.
